1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Altrixy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Altrixy.

2. Description of Service

Altrixy is an AI-powered portfolio and career operating system designed for Product Managers. The Service includes portfolio generation, interview preparation, LinkedIn optimization, voice studio, and related features. Features may change, be added, or be removed at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service (portfolios, documents, recordings). By using the Service, you grant Altrixy a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5.2 Our Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Altrixy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI features is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of all AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

6. Subscription and Payments

• Certain features require a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altrixy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
• We may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.
• You may request a data export before termination takes effect.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Altrixy is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
